Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a UX Designer to deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences across internal and external platforms. You will govern the evolution of end-to-end experiences, translating user needs and business requirements into scalable solutions that support enterprise objectives.

The role requires independent judgment to drive improvements in usability, engagement, and overall quality, with measurable impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years UX/UI experience.
• Expertise in user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience creating design systems and scalable UX patterns.
• Ability to work with product, engineering, compliance and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital experiences across key user journeys.
• Analyze business needs and data to improve engagement and usability.
• Define and govern design patterns and interface standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and compliance teams.
• Evaluate technical constraints and ensure feasibility of solutions.
• Contribute to long-term UX strategy and roadmaps.
