Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of UX/UI design experience.

Own the design and execution of end-to-end digital experiences across key user journeys.
Analyze business needs and performance data to reduce friction and increase engagement.
Define and govern design patterns and interface standards for scalable UX.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to align requirements.
