Job summary

Redwood Credit Union seeks a UX Designer to deliver user-centered digital experiences across internal and external platforms, ensuring accessibility, brand alignment, and measurable usability improvements.

You will own end-to-end experiences, collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and marketing, and evolve design patterns, information architecture, and design systems to scale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in HCI, design, CS or related field.
• Minimum five years of UX/UI experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, compliance and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of end-to-end digital experiences across key journeys, improving clarity, usability, and satisfaction.
• Analyze business needs and data to identify opportunities to reduce friction and increase engagement.
• Define, document and govern design patterns, interaction models, and interface standards.
• Contribute to long-term UX vision and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Lead or collaborate on platform integrations and ensure consistency across platforms.
