Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces.
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics.
• Explore and integrate AI in work processes and product features.
• Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles.
• Simplify complexity and translate financial processes into intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Iterate quickly with multiple solutions based on feedback.
• Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners.
• Advocate for design decisions with context from user research and business goals.
• Present and share design work with product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders.
