Job summary

Target’s Global UX team seeks a Lead UX Operations Manager - AI Enablement to define and operationalize how UX teams design, build, test, govern, and scale AI-enabled experiences across Target’s digital ecosystem.

The role is hands-on, focusing on enabling teams with new tools, workflows, and governance while partnering with UX, Product, Engineering, and Learning teams to translate capabilities into practical working practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX operations or design program management.
• Ability to navigate high ambiguity with structured thinking and facilitation.
• Strong technical fluency in AI-enabled product development and agentic systems.
• Highly data-driven with ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Systems thinking across user needs, processes, and technical constraints.
• Strong change management to adopt new workflows in evolving tech environments.
• Excellent storytelling to translate concepts into actionable roadmaps.
• Builder mindset and curiosity for emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for agentic building within UX, defining frameworks and integration models.
• Develop operating models for human-and-agent collaboration across the product lifecycle.
• Lead pilot programs and experiments to test new agentic workflows and translate learnings into playbooks.
• Measure adoption and effectiveness of tools and workflows; refine enablement strategies.
• Partner with L&D and UX leadership to deliver AI training programs and learning resources.
