Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own design for critical areas of our product suite and steward our design system. You’ll shape AI-enhanced workflows, set cross-product standards, and govern how those standards are applied. This role is an individual contributor with real influence on what’s built.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering early to shape problems, prototype rapidly with AI tools, and drive thoughtful, scalable design across a growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing complex B2B or enterprise software with shipped work.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a multi-product environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for one or more product areas from framing to delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions early.
• Translate strategy into journeys, IA, and interaction patterns.
• Define interaction models for AI-assisted workflows and trust cues.
• Evolve and maintain the design system and set usage standards.
• Build accessibility into the system by default.
• Prototype rapidly to explore and de-risk decisions with AI.
• Lead or partner on user research and convert findings into decisions.
• Advocate for design decisions and system standards to senior stakeholders.
