Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a UX Manager to lead the Creative Experiences Design team responsible for AI-powered creative workflows across formats. You will set the vision for design principles, own end-to-end product design from concept to production, and collaborate with design technologists to deliver production-ready prototypes.

You will mentor designers, build scalable patterns, and align with cross-functional partners to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of design experience.
5+ years of leading multi-discipline design teams.
Experience managing teams.
Experience leading end-to-end experiences (user flows, wireframes, visuals).
Experience designing for AI-powered or generative workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of UX Designers who define how advertisers create, assemble, and optimize ad creatives across formats and funnel stages.
Own end-to-end product design from concept to production - establish foundational design principles and interaction patterns.
Drive AI-first creative experiences - design generative AI workflows and define patterns across the advertising experience.
Set and defend the AX vision - create reusable frameworks and scalable patterns for teams to adopt.
Navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy and outcomes.
Build mechanisms for design quality and ensure shared standards across advertiser-facing surfaces.
