University of Oklahoma is seeking a UWC Scholar Program Student Assistant to support admissions data entry, document coordination, and office tasks. The role involves assisting in scholarship-related activities, maintaining data quality, and helping with events and programming throughout the year.
Applicants must be current undergraduates enrolled for Fall 2026, with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization, and ability to work with staff and students.
Pay Range: Targeted salary of $10/hr, based on education and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm with ability to work some weekends or evenings as needed

The United World College (UWC) Scholars Program at OU supports the recruitment and retention of UWC Davis Scholars at the University of Oklahoma. Over 300 UWC Davis Scholars are enrolled at OU and represent 18 UWC campuses around the world and 100+ countries. The UWC Scholars Program staff work collaboratively with different areas of the university and the Davis United World College Program to support UWC scholars' academic growth, student life experience and coordinate their scholarships.

UWC student assistants will assist with administrative and general office tasks, provide assistance and support in the UWC offices to students, serve as Student Ambassadors to prospective students, assist with UWC and International Admissions programming, preparing and packing admission boxes, managing UWC student supplies and other duties as assigned.
