Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's UWC Scholars Program seeks student assistants to help with admissions data entry, document coordination for admitted students, and supplies management within the UWC offices. You will serve as a Student Ambassador to prospective students and support UWC admissions programming.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Resume, Cover Letter, and Class Schedule must be submitted.
• Experience with international students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and recruitment data entry, organization, and data management.
• Coordinate admissions documents and packets for admitted students with UWC staff.
• Maintain UWC Scholars Program supplies and office materials.
• Collaborate with UWC Scholars Team on events/programming throughout the year.
