The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk reception, customer service, and payment/check distribution support for the department, specializing in payroll and accounts payable front desk operations. The position serves as the first point of contact for the office, handles incoming/outgoing mail, safely verifies and releases checks (AP, payroll, and ICT checks), logs hand-delivered payments, and provides general administrative support to the department.
