Essential Job Duties: The Donor Services Specialist (Gift Agreements, Namings Opportunities, and Donor Services General Assistance) plays a vital role in supporting t team with researching and assisting with the review of gift agreements, naming opportunities, and related administrative processes. This position ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of donor documentation while providing general support to facilitate the team's daily operations.
We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and copyediting documents (AP style preferred), strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and other spreadsheet tools. Experience in finance, donor relations, or higher education is a plus. Excellent tracking abilities and typing skills are essential.
