Job summary

F.H. Cann & Associates seeks a Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain training programs for utility client customer service and contact centers. The role emphasizes adult learning, instructional design, and engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360.

You will train new hires and existing staff, evaluate program effectiveness, and support regulatory compliance for client projects within gas and electric utilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate training experience, preferably in customer service or contact center environments.
• Extensive experience developing and delivering training for utility companies (gas and/or electric).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify training needs and schedule trainings.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain technical and regulatory training for gas/electric customer service teams.
• Create and update e-learning modules and learning materials using Articulate 360 and related tools.
• Prepare training materials such as presentations and videos.
• Support and mentor new employees; monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain attendance records and other training documentation.
• Attend client meetings and training sessions as needed.
