Qualifications

• Proficiency with Articulate Suite (Storyline & Rise).
• Experience with demand planning tools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop technical training content for software applications.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing curriculum for Customer Experience Operations.
• Creating content for new hire training and ongoing development.
• Serving as a department SME for instructional design and e‑Learning.
• Applying adult learning theories to deliver engaging training programs.
• Developing technical software training, especially in supply planning software.
