Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 or similar learning technologies.
• Experience training new hires and existing employees and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Ability to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain utility-specific training programs for customer service and contact center operations.
• Create and update e-learning modules, assessments, and learning materials using Articulate 360 and other tools.
• Prepare educational materials such as presentations and SharePoint content as needed.
• Support and mentor new employees; monitor attendance and training records.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and monitor training effectiveness.
• Attend client working sessions and training as needed; handle other projects as directed.
