Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing required.
• 2–3 years property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years Yardi Voyager or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years Salesforce or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and discipline for utility services team and foster a positive culture.
• Promote efficiency and convenience of the utility services program to clients.
• Oversee onboarding/setup and offboarding of utility billing for national accounts.
• Act as key contact for internal teams on national utility integrations and service issues.
• Manage Wi‑Fi, waste, telecom, emergency phone services, and other utility programs.
• Act as external liaison for utility services supplier representatives.
• Oversee and review tracking and reporting for all suppliers in the utility services category.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and laws.
