Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Utility Services Manager to lead the national utility supplier programs across properties. The role focuses on onboarding new accounts, ongoing program management, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in purchasing or procurement, plus 2–3 years in property management and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or Salesforce. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in purchasing/procurement/sourcing required.
• 2–3 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and discipline to utility services team.
• Promote efficiency and convenience of the utility services program for clients.
• Manage onboarding/setup and offboarding of utility billing and invoice processing for national supplier accounts.
• Serve as primary internal contact for national utility supplier integrations and service issues.
• Oversee Wi-Fi, waste, telecom, emergency phone services, and other utility programs.
• Act as main external contact for utility services suppliers.
• Oversee and review tracking and reporting for all utilities under the program.
• Comply with company standards, health and safety rules, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
