Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Utility Services Manager to oversee nationwide utility supplier accounts across properties. The role includes onboarding new accounts, coordinating terminations, and managing programs for Wi‑Fi, waste, telecom, and other utilities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in purchasing or procurement, with 2–3 years in property management and experience with Yardi Voyager or Salesforce preferred. Travel ~5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in purchasing, procurement or sourcing.
• 2–3 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the utility services team.
• Promote efficiency and convenience of the utility programs to clients.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of utility accounts for properties.
• Be the primary external and internal contact for utility suppliers.
• Manage Wi‑Fi, waste, telecom, and other utility programs.
• Oversee tracking and reporting for all suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
