Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of internship or professional experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, power systems, or renewable energy.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software; file management experience preferred.
• Basic familiarity with NEC, electrical safety concepts, and industry standards; willingness to continue learning.
• Foundational understanding of electrical circuits and power systems.
• MS Office (Excel/Word) proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects under supervision.
• Prepare complete construction drawing packages using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients, utilities, and contractors.
• Assist RFIs, submittals, field issues, and site visits as needed.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and company QA/QC processes.
