Job summary

R-2 Contractors is seeking an accomplished Utility-Scale Heavy Civil Division Manager to lead our Heavy Civil operation across the United States. This executive role requires building a high-performing organization delivering safe, productive, and high-quality utility-scale civil projects.

You will collaborate with executives to ensure successful project delivery and growth while promoting our core values and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Heavy Civil construction experience, including utility-scale power or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading multiple crews, superintendents, and large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of mass grading, earthwork, drainage systems, erosion control, and related civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Heavy Civil operations across multiple projects nationwide.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of field leaders.
• Lead earthwork, grading, site development, and drainage-related operations.
