Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a senior utility coordination professional for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes Project in the Nashville corridor. You will lead utility risk management, relocation planning, owner coordination, and agreement support across a major TDOT P3/DB program.

The role requires extensive experience with complex DOT projects and alternative delivery methods, handling electric, gas, water, sewer, telecom, SUE investigations, and easements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field; equivalent utility/transport experience may be considered.
• 8+ years in utility coordination or related heavy civil project delivery.
• Experience with complex DOT highway projects and alternative delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility program management, coordination, relocation tracking, and construction-phase support for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes Project.
• Coordinate with TDOT, utility owners, designers, contractors, and project teams to resolve utility impacts and reduce schedule risk.
• Manage utility conflict identification, recordkeeping, and relocation schedules; track approvals and permits.
• Provide executive-level updates on utility risks, conflicts, and mitigation actions.
