As a Lead Utility Engineer or Coordinator in our Transportation practice, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of roadway, highway, bridge, and multimodal infrastructure projects throughout Tennessee, including support for the I‑24 Choice Lanes Project.
You’ll work closely with project managers, roadway designers, utility owners, contractors, and public agency partners to identify, evaluate, and resolve utility conflicts that impact transportation projects. Leveraging your knowledge of TDOT processes and standards, you’ll help deliver projects that keep communities connected and infrastructure moving forward.

The base salary range for this position is $95,200.00 to $130,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
