Job summary

Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Project Utility Manager to lead utility coordination, design integration, relocation planning, and construction support on major transportation projects in the Nashville area. This role interfaces with utility owners, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely conflict resolution and relocation delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Utility Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of utility coordination/engineering experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple utility owners on complex corridor projects.
• Familiarity with delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM/GC, PDB, P3).
• PE license preferred or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility coordination for public/private owners and all affected parties.
• Serve as primary liaison with electric, gas, telecom, water, wastewater, and pipeline utilities.
• Manage schedules and track action items to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate SUE investigations and utility verification with design teams.
• Develop cost-effective utility relocation solutions with project teams.
• Prepare monthly status updates and maintain program records.
