• Experience in budget management and leading multiple team members.
• Experience in Utility Management for DOT Design‑Build Projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender design and select utility design consultants.
• Lead utility relocation design from concept through construction.
• Attend utility coordination meetings with stakeholders and DOT.
• Develop and manage utility budgets, schedules, and agreements.
• Produce reports, maps, and status updates for utility adjustments.
