Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and drive execution of the TDOT Statewide Congestion Management & Choice Lanes Program in Nashville. You will support multiple projects, emphasizing Alternative Delivery methods (Progressive Design-Build, P3, CM/GC) and Tennessee’s innovative Choice Lanes initiative.

You will collaborate with TDOT leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to optimize project performance, mobility solutions, and schedule efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with significant program management experience.
• Experience delivering mega projects (mega or super mega).
• Preferred certifications (PE, AICP, PMP) and advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance, cash, budget, and scope to meet project goals.
• Staffing, hiring, development, retention, and performance reviews for project staff.
