Energy Land & Infrastructure is seeking a Utility Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee utility investigations, conflicts, relocations, and agreements for transportation projects in Nashville, TN or Murfreesboro, TN. The role interfaces with design teams, utility owners, agencies, and construction personnel to resolve issues while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Engineering Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility-related activities for transportation projects including highway, roadway, bridge, transit, and multimodal projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between design teams, utility owners, agencies, and construction personnel.
• Develop utility relocation schedules and integrate utility activities into project schedules.
• Assist with utility agreements, rights-of-way, and permitting.
• Attend construction meetings and provide utility status updates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with utility owners, municipalities, transportation agencies, consultants, and contractors.
