Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced production team on a North America site. The role focuses on safely operating loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, performing ground work, and monitoring utility systems for efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals; strong communication and strict adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills desirable.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
