Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient operation of equipment and utility systems.

Responsibilities include operating loader, backhoe, and skid steer, performing groundwork, following road construction best practices, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities
