Quality Talent Group in the United States seeks a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced production team, supporting safe, efficient operation of equipment and utility systems across infrastructure, commercial, and residential markets. The role involves operating loader, backhoe, and skid steer, performing groundwork, maintaining site housekeeping, and conducting routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating utility systems is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are important.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills are expected.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities
