You will perform groundwork, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues while following health, safety, and environmental policies.

Strong reading of manuals and clear communication are essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
• Assist with additional duties as required
