Quality Talent Group is assisting in recruiting a Utility Operator for a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on safe operation of loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, plus general labor and site upkeep.

You will monitor and optimize utility systems while adhering to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience with utility equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
