Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support fast-paced production environments across North America. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, perform groundwork, and monitor utility systems for efficiency while following health, safety, and environmental policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills, with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics and to work under pressure in accordance

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
