Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to support fast-paced production sites across North America. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, perform groundwork, and assist with routine maintenance while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
• Assist with additional duties as required
