Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support fast-paced construction sites in Washington. You will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, perform groundwork, and monitor utility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read manuals and schematics, communicate clearly, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
