Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator in Alabama to operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers in a fast-paced construction setting. You will perform groundwork, monitor utility systems, and help maintain site safety and cleanliness.

The role requires reading technical manuals, strong communication, and the ability to follow safety policies while troubleshooting equipment and providing reliable support on busy sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.

• Assist with additional duties as required.
