Job summary

Infinite Electronics seeks a Business Development Manager for the Utility sector in Houston to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strategic accounts across utilities, OEMs, and system integrators.

You will lead cross-brand solutions, coordinate with Product Management, Marketing and Inside Sales, and build robust account plans to win new business and recurring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the Utility market.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across utility market segments and targeted accounts.
• Lead cross-brand solutions and coordinate with Product, Marketing and Inside Sales.
• Own RFQs, quotes, and price negotiations to secure purchase orders.
• Build and execute account/territory plans to achieve quota and revenue growth.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene with weekly activity updates.
