Job summary

Iapetus Infrastructure Services is seeking a Manager of Business Development to drive growth across a portfolio of utility services. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing client engagement to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in business development, a strong understanding of utility services, and excellent negotiation skills. This position is hybrid or remote based on geography.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development within utility, power, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of utility services, including T&D, asset management, line construction, and related infrastructure service lines.
• Proven ability to secure large-scale projects and manage complex negotiations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across all IIS service lines.
• Identify new opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead proposal development and bid submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Mentor and lead a team of business development professionals.
