Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in utility construction/underground work is required.
• Strong understanding of how construction customers, primes, and utilities operate.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the utility construction sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, utilities, telecoms, and commercial clients.
• Follow up on leads, bid opportunities, referrals, and partnerships.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects and track sales activity.
• Assist with proposals, capability statements, and prequalification packages.
• Expand company presence with existing and new accounts.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and visits.
• Support marketing efforts and branding initiatives.
