Responsibilities

• Prepares mail, UPS, other packages for mail/shipping.
• Forwards appropriate written correspondence to the call center.
• Forwards payments received to lock box along with duplicate bill, if necessary.
• Sends meter reading schedule to appropriate personnel monthly.
• Assists with job duties of Materials and Supplies Clerk and Distribution Clerk, as necessary.
• Assists Commercial Department in calling customers to help set up appointments for meter readings, meter changes, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Water Company supervisor.
