• Assists with job duties of Materials and Supplies Clerk and Distribution Clerk, as necessary.
• Assists Commercial Department in calling customers to help set up appointments for meter readings, meter changes, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Water Company supervisor.

Primary Role

The Utility Clerk answers phones from internal and external stakeholders, retrieves service line measurements from records, and provides information to service persons.
