Job summary

AMH is seeking a Utility Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV to manage the administrative side of utilities across a portfolio of homes. You will implement utilities, handle account transfers, deactivations, and disputes while coordinating with AMH’s third-party utility billing partner, Conservice.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely responses to utility-related tickets, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity across CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in Property Management, Construction, or Utility administrative services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as an effective team member.
• Effective conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research utility implementations or account transfers for each property.
• Collaborate with a third-party utility manager and track progress at new properties.
• Review and update utility account information in CRM or SupplyPro.
• Resolve utility activation failures and related tickets.
• Serve as liaison between the business, third-party services, and providers to resolve inquiries.
• Monitor third-party utility management for performance.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports and research.
