Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in preparing agreements for relocating utilities per DOT practices.
• 1+ years’ experience as a utility coordinator on state DOT projects or similar.
• Ability to manage project budgets and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Design Build experience and CAD skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility adjustment processes for roadway and utility projects.
• Identify utility conflicts using SUE data and design plans.
• Prepare and submit Utility Agreements for approvals.
• Review relocation plans for constructibility and DOT compliance.
• Schedule and facilitate utility meetings; document minutes and reports.
• Monitor permitting and relocation progress and document updates.
• Track budgets and provide status reports to management.
• Support the team to achieve company strategic goals.
