Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction to own financial performance, contracts, and customer communications on assigned projects.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedule integrity, protect margins, and ensure accurate forecasting and billing. The role requires a 5+ year background in field-heavy construction management, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and milestone-control capabilities.
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost tracking, cost-to-complete, WIP, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and field production data.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a utility construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs and identify variances, margin fade, or cost exposure early.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasting and revenue projections.
• Ensure project billing is accurate, timely, and supported within billing cycle.
• Monitor WIP, percent-complete, forecasting inputs against production quantities.
• Maintain clear understanding of project scope, contract requirements, and obligations.
• Capture, price, and submit scope changes early and accurately.
• Protect entitlement through documentation and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure schedule integrity and field readiness.
• Provide primary customer updates and timely responses to inquiries.
