Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility construction projects from planning through execution.

You will own financial performance, schedules, change orders, and customer communications while coordinating with Operations and field teams to ensure on-time delivery and margin protection. The role requires strong construction management experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• 5+ years of project management or field-heavy construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; valid driver's license required.
• Experience coordinating across field teams, customers, subs, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow.
• Manage contract scope, changes, and notices with proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field teams and Superintendents.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing support, and reporting.
