Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of utility construction projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communications with discipline, ensuring proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust through disciplined forecasting, billing control, and change order execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in field-heavy construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with broadband OSP or power distribution preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margins and cash flow.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with disciplined execution.
• Coordinate with field leadership and office teams to maintain readiness.
• Provide proactive customer updates, risk reporting, and issue resolution.
• Lead documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages.
