Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of utility construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with disciplined forecasting and risk visibility.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margins, cash flow, and customer trust, while ensuring timely billing and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Expert in budgeting, cost-to-complete, WIP, and billing processes.
• Proficient in scheduling, risk assessment, and change management.
• Able to interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and field data.
• Skilled in coordinating across field teams, customers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, changes, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Superintendent on readiness and field alignment.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.
• Provide proactive updates on risks, deltas, and recovery actions.
• Lead and mentor project staff and coordinators.
