Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to own project financials, schedule, and customer relations.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin and ensure timely delivery with accurate change orders, forecasting, and documentation. You will lead cross-functional coordination, track costs, manage billing cycles, and identify risks early to drive on-time performance and successful project closeout.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction execution workflows.
• Financial concepts including budgets, cost tracking, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and field data.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects in a field-heavy environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage contract administration, scope changes, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field teams.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with field leadership to remove barriers and ensure progress.
• Ensure documentation, billing support, and reporting meet standards.
