Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline and proactive risk visibility.

Collaborate with Operations Managers and Superintendents to protect margins, cash flow, and timely billing, while ensuring accurate documentation and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Ability to forecast, manage costs, and protect margins.
• Ability to interpret contracts and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with customers.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure readiness and delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, and billing cycles.
• Lead and mentor project coordinators and admin staff.
