Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction to own project scope, schedule, and financial performance. The role collaborates with Operations leadership to ensure margin, cash flow, and customer satisfaction, while handling change orders and risk management.

The position emphasizes proactive forecasting, accurate documentation, and clear customer updates, with field alignment and disciplined execution in a leading utility construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience managing construction projects, project teams, or utility construction scopes in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs regularly and identify variances, margin fade, or cost exposure early.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasting and revenue projections.
• Ensure project billing is accurate, timely, and fully supported.
• Monitor WIP, percent-complete, forecasting inputs, and actual production quantities.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure crews have clear direction and constructible work.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Maintain schedule integrity and risk visibility with proactive communication.
