Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to own financial performance and customer communications across assigned projects. The role ensures scope, schedule, costs, and change orders are managed with discipline and clear risk visibility.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust through proactive forecasting, accurate documentation, and timely risk identification.

Qualifications

• Requires strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Must have excellent scheduling and milestone-control capabilities.
• Financial acumen: budgets, cost-to-complete, WIP, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specs, and field data.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a utility construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project billing accurately and within the billing cycle.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure schedule alignment and readiness.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations to protect margin and schedule.
• Lead documentation, RFI, change orders, and closeout packages with accuracy.
