The City of Roseville is seeking a Utility Customer Services Specialist I/II to support utility customers and ensure accurate, efficient billing services. Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration are essential as you work with coworkers and City departments to resolve issues, share information, and provide accurate, consistent service.

Qualifications

• Two years of clerical experience performing duties involving customer service and the processing of financial records.
• Associate degree or 60 semester units of college level coursework including 18 units in a major field of study and 21 units in general education from an accredited college or university, preferably in accounting, finance, billing, or related field.
• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License by date of appointment.
